We reserve the right to revise this Policy at any time.  When we do, we will give you notice of the revised Privacy Policy by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and by revising the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.  You are responsible for regularly reviewing the current Privacy Policy.

Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California resident customers to request certain information regarding our disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.  The law provides that we may (1) respond to this request by proving certain information about our disclosures, or (2) if we maintain an opt-out or opt-in procedure, by providing customers with a cost-free means to exercise that right. To make such a request, please contact us at info@rayoteksightwindows.com, or the address below, and provide your name and the address to which you would like us to respond.

Information We Collect
We collect “personally identifiable information” and “automatic information.”

“Personally identifiable information” is information that tells us who you are, such as your first and last name, home or other physical address, e-mail address, phone number, social security number, any other identifier that permits the physical or online contacting of a specific individual, and information concerning a user that the website collects online from the user and maintains in personally identifiable form in combination with one of the other identifiers listed above.  We may collect personally identifiable information when you register with the Site, place an order on the Site, or if you voluntarily choose to provide it to us.

You can choose not to provide personally identifiable information to us.  However, if you do not provide such information, your ability to use the Site may be limited. Additionally, most browsers can be configured to reject cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. However, if you refuse to accept cookies, it is possible that some portions of the Site may not function as intended.

“Automatic information” is information automatically collected by our web server (which may be hosted by a third-party) that your web browser makes available whenever you visit our Site, such as your computer’s IP address, browser type, operating system version; information about the website that you visit before visiting the Site.

The Site also uses "cookies."  A cookie is a small text file that a website’s server places on a computer’s web browser.  The cookie transmits information back to the website’s server about the browsing activities of the computer user on the site. This includes information such as pages and content viewed, the time and duration of visits, search queries entered into search engines, and whether a computer user clicked on an advertisement. Cookies also can be used to maintain data related to a particular individual, including passwords or items in an online shopping cart. In some contexts, such as where a number of separate websites participate in a network, cookies can be used to track a computer user across different sites. Cookies are used as a standard practice by many sites.  As important as cookies are to our Site, we understand that this might make you uncomfortable.  If you would prefer not to accept cookies from our Site or any other site, you can modify the setting on your specific web browser.  Please refer to your browser's online help feature or the user's manual for instructions on how to do this.

We use automatic information to help us run and maintain the Site, customize the visitor’s experience, study traffic patterns, generally learn about the usage of the Site, etc.  We may disclose this information to our affiliates, hosting company and other third parties.
